Bill and I had talked previously about a leak in one spot that needed to be repaired, but I would have clarified if they would have called me. Come to find out they didn't replace any sheeting or fix the leak- it is now leaking worse than it was before. I've been calling them the last few months to clarify what my warranty covers, but after leaving several voice mails and messages with employees without receiving a call back, I don't know what else to do.
STAY AWAY! I went with Netzley because he was the cheapest quote that I received. Lesson learned- you get what you pay for. I should have known, because from the beginning the customer service was terrible. I asked for a quote, and rather than schedule a meeting to go over things he just dropped a catalog in my mailbox and mailed me an estimate. They were supposed to call me the morning they would be coming to do the work, but never called. I came home from work that day and they were already gone.
Do yourself a favor and pay a couple hundred more and go to an actually reputable company.
